Toilet Paper, usually is the big one.

Stock (only the Massel kind), pasta, dishwashing liquid (soon to be dishwasher tablets!! :smiliedance:), socks, Eucofresh...

That would be most of it I think.

With all of these, the better the special, the bigger the bulk buy will be. :p

Coffee is the big one for me, if it's on special I ALWAYS grab at least 2.

Meat is another thing that I'll stock up on - especially if I see stuff that's marked wrong cos that means I get it free

Last week when I did my groceries, Woolies had a heap of things I always buy as being cheaper if you bought 2 or 3 of them, so I won't have to buy dry cat food for at least a month

Basically, anything that's on special for cheap enough that I normally buy, I'll stock up on by getting 2 or 3 of that item.

Nappies. I love it when the huggies are $30 for the big bulk boxes. Hasn't happened since Xmas 08 though. I got 8 boxes and wished I got more. Thats about it really. I get my wipes in a box of 6 at a time but I don't buy more then that if there on special. Just nappies for me.

Tins of food. Yesterday i bought 50 tins of tuna. 10 for $10. I eat a tin of tuna every day so i got 50 days worth. I also get baked beans and spaghetti and sardines and stuff too.

I buy dried beans and couscous in bulk from health food stores when it is on special. Couscous was on sale the other day for $1.50 a kilo. I bought a few kilos worth.

I look through the freezer cabinet at the supermarket. Yesterday i got 1 kilo of birdseye fish fingers for $3. We have them once a month so that is like 4 months worth.

Potatoes. When they are on special i buy lots. They keep for 5months. 5kgs for $3.

Nappies is a big one. My DD is in cloth but my DS is too big for cloth. He is 19kgs. I have him in Junior size snugglers. The bulk pack was on sale a few weeks back for $15. Less then half price. He he doesn't use them all before being TT, DD will grow into them.

Also makeup. A few months back, my foundation was on sale for $5 marked down from $30. I bought 2 years worth.
Dog food and cat food, i buy like 30 or 40 tins of cat food when it on special for 80c. I bought 2 big bags of dog food yesterday for $20. That is 24kgs worth.

You keep potatoes in a cool dark DRY place. Any moisture, light or warmth makes them either grow eyes or go moldy.

Apples also keep in a cool dark dry place for months too.

People have been doing this for thousands of years until we got fridges.
