Just wondering if anyone has had a temp dip at around 4dpo??
I got a little concerned so did a quick goggle about it, and I found that apprently women get a temp dip around this time as sometimes you get a second estrogen spike around 4dpo after ovulation which causes your temp to go down, and that is why you may also get a implantation dip as the estrogen is pumped up to support the implantation process!! :confused:
Which comes to the reason why im asking.... has anyone heard this?? or has any helpful info that maybe able to put my over- thinking mind to rest!! :hair:
