Remember August 2005?

Hi ladies,
Does anyone have little ones born around August 2005? I'd like to make some new friends with babies the same age as my DD. Can I still call her a baby at 10 months? She seems so different from my little newborn bundle!

Anyway, happy to chat or email and even meet up .. though I know there are lots of get togethers around this forum and distance can be a pain (I'm northside brisbane - McDowall).

Leanda - there is a thread here on bubhub for babies born in August 2005 - under birth groups - Jul-Sep 2005 - then go to August babies. Like you we all have 10 mth babies and we are a friendly bunch :wave:

D'uh! Yeah guess I should have checked under the birth groups thread. But it is nice to chat to Brisbane mums that we might have the chance of meeting too.

I'm looking for a playgroup but don't want one with mostly older kids. A friend said she was in a mothers group via the Child Health Clinic where the bubs were all around the same age. I haven't been to the clinics as my DD has had her care, immunisations etc at the GP. I tried calling them the other day and got bored waiting for them to answer the phone!! Guess I should try again.
