I want to try Liv on some rhubarb, but not sure how to prepare it or what to do with it in terms of a meal.

Any suggestions?

I always just chop it up and stew it like you would apricots or apple - a bit of sugar and a very small amount of water.

Make sure you chop it into small sections before cooking, as it can be stringy when cooked, and can make little ones gag if the pieces were too long.

Seiving it is good to reduce the stringiness, and cooking it with some apple means it needs less sweetening, too.

the apple idea is a good one because it is very tart and needs alot of sugar to sweeten it while cooking.

you can serve it with a bit of baby custard or baby yogurt or even baby rice - it has quite a strong flavour so adding it to something like yogurt or custard would make it go further as well as make it a bit less sour
