Thought I might start a thread for us Victorian Mumma's :) I sometimes find it hard to keep up with everyone in the main thread and think its nice to find out who lives near by.
I live in Kilsyth which is in the outter eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Hi-I'm South East Melbourne near Chelsea. Just over one month old today - looking forward to the bit where it gets easier - colic, few bouts of mastitis and the sleepless nights that go with them!! Such a winge for a first timer!!

Hope all is well -Vicky X

Hello girlies  So nice to have you all on board.

How are we all coping then? Its getting so cold now isnt it. I have taken to using our small oil heater in DSs room just to take the chill out of the air overnight. I keep thinking I will just wait until Winter, but hey presto its Winter today.

DS is such a good bub (sorry) except at arsenic hour when I really dont know what to do with him except try to tune out his frequency while I cook dinner. How do you guys deal with the cranky end of the day??

Anyway, have a good night!

We've been leaving the ducted heating on 12 over night just to keep the chill off the air - we noticed dd slept a lot better when we did!
Arsenic hour around this house lasts for about 5 hours...I deal with it by sitting in front of the tv or the computer and giving her boob...its the only thing that works so thats what we do :D and DH just has to do everything else. Luckily for me his great and doesn't mind :cloud9:
