Hi, I have done four pregnancy test. I have used confirm with all of them. The first two were a negative and the last two had a very faint positive line. Very Very faint but you could see it. I am due on Tuesday but I can't wait until then. Does this mean a positive??? Even though its faint?

It would have to depend if you read it within the time frame if you did then i would say yes your pregnant. If you dont read it within the time frame they can be false positives.:fingerscrossed: for you

Thank you for replying to my problem. The test read the very faint line straight away. To be safe I am thinking of waiting until Tuesday and doing another test again. Another question... I have been experiencing cramps on the left hand side of my pevis/stomach area. Like period pain but a bit more sharp. I have had spotting today also. Is this implantation pain???

Sounds good to me:fingerscrossed: .But if you do get any really bad pain and the blood is red then you should see a doctor but all should be fine i expirienced the same thing in my first pregnancy and have a gorgeous 14 month old dd.

both pregancies for me showed the faintest line after a negative a few days before. the first time i thought it was still neg but a week later Dr confirmed pos so next time I knew it was a pos.

Hope it is good news for you but would still wait till Tues and confirmation from DR to get to excited.

Wthout being negative, please don't get too excited - I have 4 faint lines the month before I actually got pregnant and they were visible and came up straight away but the blood test was negative - the pregnancy process may have started but it didn't stick. Just please don't get your hopes too high - my DH was crushed the first month - it was a big surprise but the he was so disappointed.

Pregnancy tests are designed to pick up the slightest amount of HCG hormone. Having said this it could be that you are but the levels aren't high enough yet. You should really wait until the first day of your missed period to get a more accurate picture. And get your Dr to confirm using a BT. This picks up the exact level of HCG letting the dr know whether it's a viable pregnancy. I hope this helps and :fingerscrossed: for a positive result in a couple of days time.

If you are still having sharp pains on one side, you'd better get it checked out with the GP. It can be very serious if the bub lodges in the fallopian tubes instead of where it should...

Hey bons,
It depends on which preg test you used.
They vary in what time frame you can use them.
Crystal blue was the best for me; you can use it really early.
I hope it is a positive for you :fingerscrossed:
I had an implantation bleed for 3 of my 4 pregnancies and what you have sounds the same but just watch for bleeding or changes in the colour of blood (spotting).

I went to the doctors today and she was not even interested in the pains that i have been having. I did another test and it came up negative. I was sent for a blood test and should get the results tomorrow. However saying that I am not sure if I am or not - maybe wishing too much which scares me a bit. All four test came up with the fainest line of a positive. Obviously I am looking too much into the test?????? My husband saw the test and said it looked positive. I am not disappointed for there is always next month. :crying:
