Jobs going in Gladstone

Might sound weird but I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any jobs going in Gladstone or Boyne/Tannum? It'll be easier for me to tell my parents if its more than just an "I want to" excuse to move back up there. Either DH or I are looking for jobs. Dh is a computer techy and has done some retail work as well. he also does 3D work. I've done mainly retail work. I've had a look at seek and jobsearch but can't find anything suitable and I've looked at all the bank websites as well as medicare and centrelink.

Chandlers was after a computer guru a while ago as there computer guy left, not sure if they got someone or not (my MIL used to work there full time, but is now only relief ).

Its a hard time right now as alot of places are putting people off here, my neighbour just lost her job at a pool shop here as they couldn't afford to keep her on, plus rio tinto and others have or are still putting people off.

yeah. We were talking FIL the other day and he said the 2nd stage of QAL is still going forward so hopefully things won't slow down too much.
