What do I need to give DD to ensure that she gets enough calcium. At the moment her only milk source is the 1/4-1/2 cup milk that she has on her weetbix in the morning, yogurt during the day and cheese... but specifically... How much of the other dairies does she need to get the required amount. She wont drink milk, she doesn't like it. I cut out formula about 1 month ago (i think) with the plan on going from a bottle of formula to a cup of milk twice a day. We dropped the bottles no probs, but she wont drink the milk!
