meals under $10

would like help on any meals that are under $10, that are suitable for old aged people to eat, affordable and easy, also any recipes you have aswell. many thanks.

Ocebel, have a look in the slow cooker thread, there are some really nice casserole type recipes that would be fine for the elderly and shouldn't cost too much. You coould do them in the oven instead of the slow cooker.

Vicsta has a really yummy sweet and sour meatball recipe which I did in the oven over the weekend as i didnt' have time for the slow cooker and they worked beautifully.
