Itchy bald spot

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas for head itchiness. DS has had a lot of hair grow recently, but he has a bald spot at the back of his head that is irritating him as it's just stubble now.

Maybe he will just rub the rest off that spot?

Id switch to a sensitive shampoo (if you havent already!). Massaging baby oil into the area could work too. If you massage (gently) the spot it will stimulate the follicles and encourage them to grow. (the longer the hair gets the less irritated he will be!)
Another good thing to try is rubbing a bit of Pawpaw oitment into the area. If my DD ever has anything irritated (including scalp) I put that on and it soothes pretty much immediately. You can use it as often as you want. You can put it absolutely anywhere - and the big bonus is that its all natural!!
You can buy it at most chemists.

Just a quick note - paw paw ointment isn't 'all natural' - it's based heavily on petrochemicals unfortunately
