Cheeky Butts?

I'm wondering if anybody else has had difficulties with them.. I made an order a few weeks ago and asked a question.. It wasn't answered and my order was cancelled?? :confused: I tried asking again but nothing still. :no:

I haven't had good experiences either:no: I made an order last year and it took about 2 weeks to arrive and now a wetbag I bought in that order has a busted zipper, I emailed them about it and no response:no:

According to their website the online store closed as of the 15th. Maybe that has something to do with it.

I have only ever heard bad feedback about them.

They were the first MCN I purchased and they arrived 3 months after I ordered them. There was zero communication and naturally DS was too big for the newborn nappies I'd ordered.

I'm assuming they refunded your money?

I have heard the worst things about these nappies and the maker. No doubt this thread will be deleted soon. She goes around and threatens to sue anyone that says anything bad about the nappies or her.

She even tried to have all the nappies banned on Ebay because she had the patent to make cloth MCN's.

She is truely a weird one. I wouldn't hold your breath. I hope you paid by paypal so you can get your money back

In the last 3 weeks I have made two seperate orders, with a total of 11 nappies.

I recieved both parcels within the week - actually on the 4th day from ordering.

The quality of the product is excellent. While I did not order bamboo ones, they are fantastic upon inspection.

I have nothing but terrific things to say about them! No bad reports from me! :yes:

It seems I'm in the minority too. I bought my first lot of cheeky butts from the baby expo last year - before I heard any of the negative stuff. Once DD arrived I was really happy with the quality of the nappies so I went ahead and ordered some more through the online store. No problems at all. Nappies turned up in about a week. They are the only brand I've used so far and although I feel a bit bad because of some of the things I've heard, I've been really happy with the product.

Interesting what people are saying. I won't be buying anything from the store no matter how cute the nappies are. I'v heard many bad things too, and apparently the nappies don't hold wee as well as the good brands do.

sorry to all you ladies who have had bad dealings with them. It's not nice to be treated like that
