Hi All,
My DD1 has developed a nasty red nappy rash in the space of a couple of hours today.
On Sunday she had her 1 year old vacs and hasn't showed any signs of problens with them DD2 (her twin) is also ok and has no rash. In the last week we have also gone up to S26 Gold Step 3 and trying more cows milk on cereal etc...
Could any of this be the problem? We've not had any problems with nappy rash before this.
