sized vs multifit

Hi all,

I was wondering why you chose to use sized or multifit mcn's.

I'm struggling to cope with the thought of the cost of buying multiple stashes of mcn's in different sizes.

I use sized usually as they tend to fit better. I have then sold those or swapped to get new sizes.

I tend to prefer sized for the same reason as above. The fit is generally better, plus they are trimmer.

I do have a couple of multi fits, and I'm getting more soon. They tend to be better for older kids rather than teeny tiny babies, so I figure I'll be mainly sized to begoin with and then move up to multifit until TT.

I am the opposite. I have most OFSA only a couple of sized nappies. I agree that the sized ones are trimmer but most of the osfa work really well on DD. I didn't get into them until 6 months though so she was already 6kg by the time I started to use them.

OSFA - I have BG (I love these), Hautes (not as enamoured), Rumparooz (another fav), fuzzibuns (don't like), BBH Magicall Multifit (like it) and Tots Bots Easy Fit (not too sure about these) I am waiting on a Pop In Nappy as well

Sized (all mediums)- Peapods (still too small for this one), Ittis (:bee:) and a BBH Magicall (not yet tried this one as it took so long to dry) and I am waiting on a Ecobubs.

The BG are a great workhorse nappy and I have never had a leak with them and I use them overnight with a bamboo trifold as well (on the biggest setting) I use her sized ones if I am going to playgroup or somewhere I can convert people as they look so cute whereas the OSFA look functional. :yes:

I've decided to buy a few trial packs and some mutlifits and see what i prefer. I guess buying sized for a first bub is better than for a second as at least they should last the next baby as well.

yes I wish MCn were around 4 babies ago!
