Help... Dizzy spells

Hi... I had a baby only 11 weeks ago and I was wondering if anyone had dizzy spells afterwards. They only started last night. I was sitting at the computer when it happened for the first time. For about 2 secs it was like I almost passed out and has no control over it. Today I have felt a little light headed and dizzy when i get up to fast. Does anyone know anything about this???

Do you have low iron levels?
That is my problem...

Yes I have had iron trouble on and off... I didnt know it caused dizzy spells though. That must be the problem then. Lucky I got about 3 bottles of iron supplements, cause my iron gets extremely low when i'm preggers!I will try that then. Thanks Kymmy :thumbsup:
