Could you share your recipe for the easiest slice you can think of? Baking and me do not mix well in general but I want to take a yummy slice to work so would appreciate something that is really easy to make.

Mars bar slice is the easiest that I've made.
There's a recipe on here somewhere.
It's basically a couple of mars bars melted with a little butter then add some rice bubbles and put into a slice tray. Top with melted chocolate and you're done.
Super easy, no baking required. And, oh SO yummy!
mars bar slice is sooo wicked! (but sooo good!)

mars bar slice is sooo wicked! (but sooo good!)
:iagree::iagree:
I dont make it because once it is in the house it is sooo hard to say no. :p:p But it is an easy easy slice to make.
Haha I was going to put Mars Bar Slice too!
It is really easy!
4 Tbsp Marg or butter
4 regular size mars bars
4 cups rice bubbles
Melt the mars bars and butter together (could do it in a double boiler but I just do it in a regular saucepan, nonstick is best if you have one), add rice bubbles and then push into a slice tray**. Set in the fridge and enjoy! :chef:
If you want you can pour some melted chocolate over the top or do a chocolate ganache.
Ganache: melt 200g chocolate (dark is best) with 1/2 cup (125ml) of thick cream until smooth, then pour over slice and let it set in the fridge.
Easy peasy and super yummy!
**You are allowed to eat any that sticks to your fingers! :laughing:
