Midwife or Doula near Upper Coomera

Hi

Im looking for a midwife or doula near Upper Coomera on the gold coast. I have a fantastic midwife about 40 minutes away, but i am looking for someone close that i can visit everyday. I am getting towards the end of my pregnancy and need re-assurance after my last pregnancy ended in a still birth at 39 weeks.

So if ANYONE can help me, i really just need anyone who has a heart doppler and knows the good and bad signs of a heart beat. So that i can get through the day. I am slightly making myself go crazy.

i'm sorry to hear of your loss :hugs:

i'm not a doula or anything, but if its just reasurance your after, you can go to your GP and have the heartbeat checked every day if you want, I did that with my last pregnancy, I was a paranoid wreak, and my GP (who is in Ormeau) was absolutly lovely, and at anytime I could go in there and get checked out, so if you've got a good GP, maybe see if you can do that if you don't find a M/W
