Dry Cough

Hi Ladies/gents,

I was hoping that someone would have some advice as to what you can do/give to ease the dry cough in my little man Hayden? He had a slight cough and now since the immunisation on Tuesday is getting worse. he is not coughing up anything just like a flu without the runny nose??

Any thoughts? Its heartbreaking to watch..... :(

I don't know if your son's cough is the same as my son's but my son seems to be coughing just for the attention. I find that he likes to hear himself and this is one of the ways he communicates. He will cough if we aren't paying enough attention to him. He even coughed at his rubber duckies in the bath tub the other night because he couldn't reach them!!

Hi there - It seems to have cleared up now. the Dr, checked him over and sad that it must have been contracted off another child (kennel cough) Its just the cough without all the other symptoms. All good now - Brooklen has started it..I am sure your diagnoses with her would be right, she will do anything for someone to chat to her! LOL
