This is soooo sad. The poor little fella..

I'm having a teary day as it is and reading this has made me worse :laughing::crying::crying:

My DS goes off to prep next year and god forbid if this happened to my boy, being sued would be the last of the school's worries :mad::mad::yes:

This sort of thing makes me want to homeschool.
What the heck is going on with these kids at home to make them so cruel and horrible?

And on a sidenote, the term "bullying" in that article irks me.

It is assault. Bullying makes it sound like a bit of roughing up which it clearly was NOT. That child has a brain injury. $150K is a disgrace.

Oh god this was Australia... For some reason I though yes.. has to be another country..surely that can't happen here.

My DF had his ARM broken among other total and utter HORRORS from the brutal types of violent bullying at school.. I dealt with the female group excluding - emotional style bullying like 'being fat' when you weigh like 50 kgs.. jeez I actually thought 50 kgs was fat till year 9..

Hate bullying.
