That's all I seem to be eating lately. Thank goodness for elevit :laughing::laughing:
Anything & everything. If i can get my hands on till eat it. Haha.
PS. Start taking a really strong iron suppliment now. Ive been taking mine since about 8 weeks & im still low.
The first trimester I ate a lot of toast. Morning sickness. No dairy. After the first trimester love milk shakes. Now anything and everything except I am not as keen on lamb as I used to be.
I take Elevit and iron and calcium. I only took Elevit with DS but with twins my ob said go the iron and calciium. At Dr last week he said to take the calcium before bed to help with some of the aches and pains I am getting while trying to sleep. Does help a little.
Egg cheese and BBQ sauce on toast sandwiches ( They would be toasties but we don't have a sandwich press yet :( )
Mashed potato, potato bake, baked potato.... :yes:
Oh and Ogorki (Polish dill pickles - kinda like gerkins but better), Saurkraut, and fairy floss flavoured zooper dooper iceblocks :laughing:
For the first half of my pregnancy it was Mint Patties and Salt & Vinegar chips...
Then progressed to Coco Pops and pretty much whatever I saw someone else eating especially KFC Chips and hot cinnamon donuts...
Very healthy, not!
