HI
I have had 6 starts with IVF - first one no egg movement , 2nd they released before they could go in and collect, 3rd went in a EPU and the follies were empty, 4th and 5th time only 1 out of 5 and 7 picked up fertilised and then didn't stick, 6th time we managed to get 2 out of 4 to fertilise but no stick again. My Dr tells me that I have very poor quality and response in my ovaries for little eggies. I was on Provera for about 8 years to stop my monthlies due to Endo.. Could that have caused my poor quality? Is there anything you can suggest to help improve the condition of my ovaries and eggs??
thank you
Megan

Hi Megan,
My heart goes out to you. You've been through a whole lot and I want to shine a light to your situation and let you know there are so many things you can do to naturally boost your fertility, which will also dramatically increase your chances through IVF/ICSI if still required.
Before I do however, I feel it's really important to address one very important aspect--You and your partner are NOT defective and your body is just in "reaction" mode not really knowing what to do next. Just like many other women and men suffering with fertility problems, you can take control through the daily choices you make to optimize the health and quality of your egg (or sperm) as well as the health of your pregnancy and baby.
Specifics that will get you closer to your desired outcome include a truly healthy diet that is organic wherever possible; good quality comprehensive nutritional supplementation; avoiding toxins, chemicals, smoking, coffee, alcohol; protecting yourself from electromagnetic radiation are an important few.
You see a healthy body is a fertile body--this tell us optimum health holds the key to optimum fertility. Essentially everything that supports health is “in” and everything that does not... is out!
When you and your partner can truly say you are optimally healthy, that is the time to start trying to conceive again—and you may be very pleasantly surprised at the difference 120 days can make.
With fertile blessings,
Gabriela Rosa.

Thanks for the advice - will see how we go
