anyone from Lowood or surrounds??

Wondering if anyone is from Lowood or surrounding suburbs. We are looking to move out that way at the end of the year..any info on the area would be great.:flowerz:

I am not too far from Lowood (about 20 mins) and moved out this way myself not too long ago. I went to Lowood for the first time on the weekend and thought it was just lovely.
I am sorry I am not much help but just thought I would say I thought it was very nice.

We are looking at moving out that way but around Hattonvale :) We found a block we love and may put an offer on it this weekend. We drove around and through Lowood and it looks like a lovely little town (couldn'd find exactly what we wanted to buy there though but I loved the area.)

In the new estate near the school??

I drive through Hatton vale a lot. Seems alright, apart from the roads out here.

Dont forget ladies to go to the Fernvale Markets, which is after Lowood... They are great get some cheap fresh fruit & veg, plants are bargain prices there. And some leather people go there every 3rd Sunday or something...sell belts, dog collars, bags etc at really good prices, good quality.....


Just thought I'd bump this up maybe the OP will read and be back in to ask more questions.....so I can give more info...

i have been in lowood for nearly 12 months kids to old to go to mothers groups has anyone got any ideas ???
