View Full Version : Labeling bubs clothes etc where to get
Just wondering if anyone has purchased labels over the internet or anything, those ones you can iron on clothes and stick on items for daycare. Which ones are good and also the cheapest  also the ones that don't come off in the dishwasher. Thanks

I ordered stick on labels from idenity direct, they are pretty good. I got the small ones for bottles. No problems, none have come off yet and thats with washing steralising etc.
I got a clothing labelling kit from wollies (in the sewing/laundry section with the buttons, pins etc) it had iron on tape and a special pen, only cost a few dollars. The tape has not come off anything, but the pen faded (written on the tape) on a T shirt that was soaked in nappysan more than a few times, for regular washing no issues so far.
I think in the future I will order sew on labels which have the childs name stiched in for clothes, and when I need to put them in new clothes I can unstich them and reuse.

I ordered iron in labels with DDs name on them from StuckOnYou and have been pleased with them. I also ordered some vinyl name labels for her cups etc. We don't have a dishwasher but so far they have held up to over a year of hand dishwashing with no problem.
There are other label companies listed in the handy-dandy Bubhub Info Directory here: labels - where to buy (http://www.bubhub.com.au/shopsnamelabels.shtml). Some have special deals if you mention Bubhub.
Thank you, I never think to look in the directory of bubhub!! silly me.
I like the idea of the sew on ones as well for re-using or when you pass on DS's clothes so his name isn't in them.:)
