How do I prepare Bok Choy? I've seen TV chefs quarter it and stir fry it, but can I steam it instead? I'm trying to eat more vege's, so I'm trying something different. Is there any other way I can prepare it, eg chop it up small and add it to a ratatouille or soup?

:chef: You can do anything with Bok Choy. We steam it, stirfry it, chuck it in 2 minute noodles with some dimsims etc :smiliedance:
I chop it into slivers and bung it into soup or stirfry. It's a great vegie, chock full of iron and folate, so I'm told.
I mostly chop it up and chuck it in with stir fried noodles. It's also nice steamed and drizzled with kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
We pull the stems off individually, wash them, steam them quickly then toss oyster sauce through..yummo:thumbsup:
