Personalised stamps through Australia Post

Hi Guys,

I thought I would let you all in on something pretty cool that I discovered today! It is personalised stamps....

I went onto the Aussie Post website www.austpost.com.au at typed in birthday and it came up with a link to personalised stamps.

As it is coming up to Owen's 1st Birthday I wanted to do something a bit spesh so I created a stamp with his picture on one side and a birthday theme on the otherside. You can upload any pic you like and you can even make your own wedding themed ones etc.

They are basically $1.00 each or $20.00 for 20 stamps. These will make sending his invitations out a bit of fun and will be something special to put in his scrap book. :D

They used to have them when we were going to send out our wedding invites!!! but we didn't discover them early enough to have them made and then sent out... but they are an awesome idea... i didn't even think of getting them done for kids birthdays!

Thank you so much for that suggestions, I've just sent away for some that I will use for DD's 1st birthday party invitations!! Also great to keep in her baby book too!!

DF and I used this service to make personalised christmas stamps last year. They turned out great and we got them within a few days. We're planning on using them again this year... I think it will become a yearly tradition. :)

Its great isn't it. A couple of months ago we received an add in the mail about it. I reckon its pretty cool.

I would definately consider doing it for important invitations and stuff :yes: :thumbsup:

my DD has just started collecting stamps, so might get a personalised one for her, think she would be rapped!

My friend who got married in feb got some done, she got one of her wedding pics put on them so she could use them to send out her thankyou notes, they looked lovely
