Nambour hospital???

Can anyone help me with a doula who will help a couple who will birth at Nambour (public)...?

I work as a Nurse at Nambour Hospital (Surgical not midwifery)But I know they are all very helpful up there so if you give them a call they may be able to give you some names. I have thought about doing the training, but being a nurse I dont think I could help myself, I would have to do the Nurse stuff as well and I know as a doula your not allowed to :no:

Hello, I gave birth to my son at Nambour Public hospital seven months ago and i can tell you that the midwives there are fantastic.

I had a lovely midwife called Emma and hopefully you will get her, you can do a tour of the birthsuite and meet some of the staff if you like.

You just need to ring the hospital and they will tell you the times of the tours, sorry but i can't help you with info on a doula.
