Falafal mix

We have some falafal mix and wondering what else we can do with it apart from wraps and burgers. Any ideas?

I serve it at gatherings like some would mini-meatballs. I have little falafel balls on a plate with tzatziki dip.

Sometimes I crumble it up and fry it a bit to sprinkle on top of a green salad :chef:

Thanks for the ideas....do you think it would work if i made them up as balls and cooked them in a sauce or something and serve them with rice or couscous or something?
