Pulling sensation...when?

Woke up this morning and have a very odd feeling, like someone is stretching my lower abdomen. According to FF I O'd yesterday, but could be I O'd earlier in the week... how soon can this feeling start?

hello, i used to get a crampy pulling pain on one side when i was ovulating so that could be it??
