bloating and ovulation

Hi guys

Just wandering about bloating as a sign of ovulation I am CD13. yesterday arvo I started to feel bloated and when i got on the scales first thing this mornin I had gained 100 grams when I have been losing an average of 200- 400 a day and I did nothing different.

I also have had a lil breast tenderness.

Has anyone had bloating as a sign of O. If so do u know how long after it started u O'd. We are trying for a girl and we did it yesterday morn so I hope I didn O today lol.

yes i suffer from bloating, bloating at O and then again for AF... :gloomy:

Do u know if it starts before ovulation or at ovulation?

Its different for everyone, just like O pain could be before, during or after O. Not much help, I know.

I sometimes get bloating with O about the same time as O pain, but when I am actually ovulating - dunno!!

I get horrible bloating and cramps starting the day before also. Hope you get your little girl
