Wonderful MCN Customer Service

Hi Ladies, I am a newbie to MCN's and after much deliberation made my first purchase yesterday. I ordered a bulk pack of cushie tushies but this morning realised I forgot to use my "Practical Parenting" 10% discount code. I emailed them this morning that I had forgot to put it in and they offered to send me a free couture nappy with my purchase (valued at $37 normally which is slightly more than my 10% discount anyway!!). I just wanted to let everyone know what wonderful service I have received when infact they could have given me nothing! Especially in this day and age when customer service seems to be thrown out the window :rolleyes:
Anyway...
I look forward to becoming obsessed with cloth like the rest of you ladies :D

:yes: Most are FANTASTIC for customer service.

I have encountered only two who were sub-par and I have made orders from a few different places.

That's great that they were so helpful! I think I'd take a free nappy over a discount any day! :laughing: I recently bought a pair of their woolen soakers and they made sure they emailed me that they were a bit behind and it would take a while, and then emailed again as soon as it was done! It arrived in the mail the day after I got the email! :thumbsup:

The ladies at Itti Bitti are also lovely! And so were the people I dealt with at Nurture Nappies. It works in their favour to be helpful and nice because so much of their customer base must come from word of mouth (or word of keyboard, since most clothies discuss it online! :p).
