Inquiry on ovulation

Hi I just have a personal inquiry and I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I had my son 4 months ago and I have been breastfeeding the whole time. My periods havent come back which I know is normal, but the other night I had a spot bleed and having cramping in my stomach and back. I thought it might have been the starting of my periods but theres no evidence of that. I'm wondering if it might be ovulation or even pregnancy. Has anyone experienced the same thing as me? If anyone knows what they think it might be or even experienced themselves can you let me know, please.

You could be ovulating - or it is possible that you could be pregnant too. (even if you havent had your period + you are breastfeeding)
My suggestion would be that if you are concerned to go and see your doctor!
