lamb rack

how do you prepare your lamb roast rack, just getting tea ready now as dh will be starting work at 3 and will need tea for work, and might have tea early dd and i, so how do you make your lamb racks yummy? :chef:

my dh always makes ours. all he does is smother with a bit of olive oil and then rub in sea salt and a few herbs if you like. then bake. YUM!

how long to cook it for, im cooking it in a roasting machine? :chef:
and what other herbs can you use?

i suppose it depends if you like well cooked or medium. ours is normally medium (dh likes rare & i like well done so we compromise). normally 2 racks about 40 mins, but we just slice one piece a little and make sure its cooked enough. we cook at about 190 deg. you could put some rosemary or mint, or even just mixed herbs. anything really.
