AF colour (warning sorry tmi)

Ok well i went of the pill 4 weeks ago, got AF 5 days later and it was a very heavy one and mostly dark clots but only lasted 4 days!
Got AF again today 21 days later and when it started this morning it was really heavy and dark, and every time i have checked today it is not lots but bright bright red, and i have bad cramps!

Well my question is, has anyone else had anything like this?

When i went off the pill i found that for about 3 periods, i was very heavy! I asked my DR and she said because the pill is a fake period, it doesnt really shed the proper amount of endometrium lining as a natural period would. So you can expect your af to be heavy i think for a while!!! xoxoxox
