Hi all
Liv has been waking for a feed at 4:30, she has recently gone from two feeds to one feed, this being at 4:30. Problem is, I cant seem to get her back to sleep in her cot. I can get her to sleep in my arms, but she wakes up. I try for an hour then end up bringing her into bed with us. I have never had a problem getting her back to bed after a feed until now.
She is 9 months. Any suggestions on what to do or why this is happening?
Tommy is 11 months old and still often comes to bed with us after his 6am feed.
Tried to get him to sleep in his own cot permanently but some mornings he wants to cuddle up with mum and dad, which is fine with us.
At 6 months he was in with us almost every morning, now it's every 2nd-3rd morning. Probobly could be less but I like my tommy snuggles, not ready to give them up! :D
As she grows she will become more independant and move more easily to her own bed, enjoy this time while it lasts because honestly is slips away so quickly!

Thankyou, you are so right. I was thinking this morning that I will admit defeat and just take her straight into bed with us when she wakes and feed her there. I'm like you, I love my cuddles, which is why I have been putting off weaning her night feeds.
