i was just reading on this website about women who have had subcorionic hematomas in pg and the outcomes of this.

it wasnt good at all, most lost their babies before 24 weeks:crying:

and the ones who almost made it to term, their hematomas had healed, but mine hasnt its still there:(

one lady gave birth at 28 weeks and thankfully her baby survived.

i havent been taking things easy at all, i didnt think it was going to be a very serious issue:( , but now im scared.

ive been getting alot of bh this morning and am getting worried.

and apparently my hematoma is big:( and will most likely bleed or cause a prem labour. im so scared

im 26 weeks, my doctor told me that i would be lucky to make 28 weeks, thats why im scared, i thought he was just being cautious.

i have to go to maternity if i have any cramping or bleeding, as they are expecting it to happen:(

:hugs: it must be a very worrying time for you. If you feel you need an early scan just to put your mind at rest just hassle the Dr/hospital.

Take good care of yourself:kiss:

Bronny-Jane I am sorry you are going through this, I agree with everyone else talk to your doctor don't rely on the internet. You will just scare yourself and some of the medical information can be dodgy and out of date. Let us know how you go friday.

I just came across this post in another forum and thought it might be useful for you. Like Easterlily says though, don't rely on the internet. Nothing can beat a proper professional doctors diagnosis.
