I love making the plain scones and fruit scones which is in traditional recipes.

It is time for me to research something different. I like the berry & white chocolate scones, chocolate mud scones and also the apple & caramel scones from Bakers Delight.

I really try to make the berry & white chocolate scones but don't have recipe!

I would like to have recipes from there so I can make some at home. I can't find the recipes through the google, the food websites but no luck.

Anyone who have worked at Bakers Delight or have picked up the recipes from there for making any scones?

If luck, so hope to give the berry & white chocolate, choc mud and apple & caramel scones recipes.

Thanks!

I would LOVE the apple and caramel scones- have tried once but they didn't turn out too well. Also would love to make my own because they've cut down on the amount of apple and caramel going into the scones- thus resulting in them tasting a bit plain!

I have seen the ingredients and its just a very basic eggless scone recipe. I make one very similar to their berry one with just a basic lemonade scone mix... however I think it has to do with the quality of your ingredients... I find when I make my scones out of organic flour and fresh lightly whipped cream they are lighter and fluffier and stay fresh longer :)

Try this one

2 cups SR Flour
2 teasp sugar
15g butter
1 cup milk
vanilla essence (optional sultanas)

(to make choc/choc chip ones you have to add 2tbs cocoa and your choc chips, maybe a little extra sugar)

Put all ingredients in bowl in order listed, working butter in with fingers/fork before adding milk. Mix must be a slightly sticky dough. Roll out with a little flour, cut to shape (using glass rim/bisc cutter) Place in lightly floured tin small enough that all scones are touching each other.
cooked when you tap the top and sound hollow.
Take out and tip onto clean tea towel and wrap up (helps keep them moist)
