Hi Everyone
I thought it might be nice to have a thread where everyone can share their tips on TTC. It could be about OPK's, BBT, how often to BD, positions to BD, vitamins to take, what foods to eat, etc................
Here's a few tips I've read recently:
*3-5 days of abstinence can help to build a high count of healthy swimmers.
*The day before O is the most important day to BD.
*Zinc is the most important mineral & antioxidant of all for both partners reproductive health.
Hopefully we might all learn something new to try to help us get a :bfp: really soon!
