View Full Version : I Wish...
Ok girls this is a thread for all of those that are feeling a bit down. If you had 3 wishes what would you wish for? You only make 3 wishes a day & you can wish for anything your heart desires.
Today I wish...
1. I could fall pregnant & not miscarry again.
2. Life was a little easier sometimes.
3. I could get away for a while.

I dont even want 3 wishes I just want the one big one, please make this month happen finally, 13 months ago we started trying, never realised it would be so hard, ups and downs (mostly downs) and I don't know how much more I can handle
Kaylaris, it sounds like you need the love and support from The Rollercoaster thread - absolutely wonderful ladies in there who have all been TTC for a long time.
My three wishes...
1. I wish this cycle blesses my family with a BFP, as we are contemplating giving up after this one. :(
2. I wish my husband had a decent boss who treated him right and paid him what he is worth.... on second thoughts, I wish my husband could find another job!
3. I wish there was a cure for infertility - for everyone! :hugs:

My 3 wishes
1. For my DP rheumatoid arthritis to be cured so he isn't in pain anymore.
Wow Alana... I just read your first wish and realised that my RA didn't even rate in my list of wishes. I think your wish for your DP is truly wonderful because RA is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
Today I have 3 new wishes...
1. I wish the weather in Cairns would stay this beautiful all year round.
2. I wish my computer would stop have meltdowns.
3. I wish I had a cleaner!

Shannon i would give up my other 2 wishes just to make him better, it is a horrible thing as you would know. DP is actually due to have an elbow replacement soon as he has barely any movement in one arm which means he will have to close his business after the replacement as he has a 5 kilo weight restriction once it's done , seeing him get so depressed over his body breaks my heart. He's had it since he was 3.
Does being pregnant make yours go into remission?
Actually no... I was quite a rare case apparently, as my RA only reared its ugly head when I fell pregnant. It took a long time to get a correct diagnosis as all of the doctors thought my joint pain was pregnancy related, or that I had some sort of virus.
Now it's a matter of "wait and see" if I go into remission with the next baby. But in any case, I'm prepared for it this time!
That is quite scary what your partner is going through, at such a young age. Juv RA is a horrible thing for a child to go through. I hope the reconstruction helps with the pain, and I hope he has a good rheumy to help him through it all. Is he on good meds or are they a problem for TTC?
OOPS! Just realised I have totally hijacked this thread.... please continue with the wishes!!! :)

He's on great meds they have no impact on ttc for men, his specialist is an amazing lady.
Fingers crossed you RA goes into remission with the next bub.
Back to wishes :o
