What are some movies I can watch to show me ways to cope with the pain

I want a birth that is as natural as possible but just wondering what I can watch to get some tips on best coping with the pain..MAssage techniques, positions etc.

I dont know about movies, but I found that deep breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth really helped me. Also the bath/shower was heaven and really helped!

Labor for me was weird, it was waaaaay more pain that I could have possibly imagined, but by the same token, I coped much better than I ever thought I would. I guess we are built to deal with it! You will be ok.

If you're into books, try Birth Skills by Juju Sundin. I tried a lot of her methods during my labour. Some worked and some didn't, but if you go in with a lot of different methods to try, you set yourself up well for success :)
