I have a one year old and have been tried to use where possible the most natural products, food, clothing, even right down to how I birthed my daughter. However, I've just found out that the Natural Instincts Label have been misrepresenting themselves by non disclosing ingredients such as sodium sulphate and sodium hydroxmethlglycinate. I only happened to stumble onto this information by change and I'm devastated. I've contacted the company and they are offering refunds which I certainly will be taking up. Now I'm looking for a new range of organic skin care to try. Anyone got any good suggestions.

Hmm I just posted about Sukin organics.
They have a website - google it, but seems it's available from chemists/healthfood stores.
I've been using it I love it.

I've bought Miessence products for when this baby comes as I was very impressed with the ingredients. They are very expensive though.

I buy home made organic natural products from a lady at our local markets but for this first year of his life my wee man has just been washed with plain old water and the occassional aquababy oil wash or homemade oatmeal scrub for his hair. He's had no skin probs like my other bubs, whom I did use products on, and doesn't smell or anything. :D

Thank you so much for posting this. We have been using these products for the last 18mths or so, and now I am so disappointed :(
DH has contacted the company as well and is wanting to get refunds (as we have the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and handwash).

We use their Deodorant and in the past have tried the body wash, shampoo and conditioners which were great (we used them whilst travelling).
I've bought Miessence products for when this baby comes as I was very impressed with the ingredients. They are very expensive though.
That is why we didn't continue to use them, great products but expensive - we only use the deodorant now but may look into their stuff again.
I used Gaia Baby - bodywash, moisturiser etc on both of my girls from birth, but it also gets expensive.
Other products I would suggest include
Handmade Naturals by Corrine

If anyone finds any good natural alternatives let me know!!

I used the Aquababy products for DS and loved them but haven't been able to find them anywhere this time around. Where can you buy them from these days PunkyDiva?

Coles seems to be the main outlet for Aquababy but there's a website on the back of packaging and you can contact them if you can't find it in your Coles.

That's really disappointing, we'd been using the Natural Instincts range just over a year now.
But just in the last three months or so, i changed over to Sukin. So far, have been really happy with that range.
