What to do with mushrooms?

I have got mushrooms on mass.

I like a few in an omlette or a salad, but i've got heaps! Anyone have any ideas or a nice mushroom based recipe?

I love mushrooms. Beef stroganoff, or put heaps into spag bol, or a mushroom lasagne, or just eat them all in a big bowl raw!

mushroom sauce
cook up mushrooms in butter, add cream and a spoon ful of gravox and its delicious, put on top of steak or whatever

put cream cheese in mushrooms and roast:)
