first response pregnancy test

Hi girls,

has anyone had a BFP with a first response test? How far apart are the two pink lines? I did one this morning and "think" i can see a very very faint 2nd line but not sure if it is my eyes playing tricks on me or not. af is due tuesday so the test could be working today but then again it might still be too eatly.... im just SO IMPATIENT:mad:

My body is playing tricks on me, since we ttc I have had some cramping early on, have been bloated, had a headache and have been tired so i think that i am trying to convince my self that i am pregnant.

my line is nowhere near that dark but it is in the same place!:confused: not sure if that means that in a few days it will get stronger or if its just an evap line as it was more than 10 mins ago.

I had one that was a little fainter than that at 9DPO. And it just got darker and darker.

There is definately still hope that its just a little early...I kept walking around the house with mine looking at it in different lights and tilting it all different ways...I just didnt believe it. :laughing:

Generally evap lines will appear clear/grey in colour as opposed to pink...I'll be thinking of you, let us know how you go. :fingerscrossed:

thank you, i am also looking at it under all different lights and from the sun, my daughter keeps on asking me what i am doing:laughing:

Will definately let you know how i go, im going to try and wait until sunday to test again... dont know if i can wait that long. We are going to the inlaws on sunday so it would be nice to share the news

A week ago I had a faint faint line but could see it (like you twisted and turned it to get the right light on it). I waited a couple of days and it was much darker. I have now had my pregnancy confirmed by blood test. I think it is just those FR tests are so damn sensitive! All the best x

i got impatient again and bought some forelife tests (pack of 3 for $7) and tested this morning and got a faint line but a little darker this time:yelclap: so im pretty sure its a BFP but dont want to get too exited until i get a darker line

thank you so much, it hasnt really set in yet, i kind of had a feeling from the start that i was but it just doesnt seem real yet... just hanging out for a dark line that i can see without having to really stare at it
