hand written invitations

i would like to have an opinion on this
my friend just thought of it

would anyone will like to have hand written birthday cards,wedding invitations or invitations of any other kind over the printed ones.

But I mite be being a bit biased,:o because thats what I do.
Instead of buying cards or gifts, I make my own cards and invites and for presents I'll do a painting or drawing for them or similar.
I've always felt things made personally have more sentimental value than bought things.
