Advice please

My 22 months old dd has got a spots like pimples around her groind, and 1 or2 in the crease of her legs i haved tried everything and nothing is working could it be something she is eating or drinking she has all her teeth except her 2 year old molers, she dosn't bother with her nappy on but when i take her nappy off she tries to scratch so it much be itchy has any one found a nappy cream that works.Thanks

I have heard paw paw ointment is ment to work, you get it from the chemist.:fingerscrossed:

It sounds like thrush to me. You may need a medicated cream like Cansteen (spelling somthing like that) - talk to your chemist.
