Its pretty normal - a baby's oesophagus (?sp) doesn't work the same way that an adults does, this is basically so that they don't choke, and can breathe even when their mouth is full of something (ie a breast or a bottle!) - so they can have a bit of "overflow" when their tummies are full.
Don't worry about it, most babies will have a bit of a spew everynow and then.
My first baby was a continual chucker until he was about 9 months old. So bad that I could rarely get a photo of him that didn't have chuck coming out of his mouth! Unless there is some other problem (aside from the colour never matching your clothes) associated with it, then it is quite normal.
My DD was a huge power chucker for the first 2 weeks. There were a few time when she started choking (and gave me a heartattack). I was told to always just put her down on her back when she vomited, for the reasons that Clarabelle spoke about. She eventually grew out of it, but until she did there was a lot of cleaning to be done. IYKWIM?

Don't be worried, quite normal!
Bubs often sneeze to clear their throat if any heads in the wrong direction!
At least it doesn't smell like sick yet if she's so young!
