maternity hospitals in sydney

Hey guys i wonder if you can help me....
I am a midwife living in the UK and am looking to come out to australia to work for a while. I am looking at coming to sydney and am going to be staying in the Circular Quays area. i am just wondering where the nearest maternity hospital either public or private is. be great if you could help!

Maybe The Mater in North Sydney, RPA at Camperdown or the Royal Hospital for Women at Randwick. These are all public hospitals - I'm not sure about private hospitals in the city area as I'm a suburbanite out in the north west of Sydney, but hopefully someone can help you:). Perhaps you should contact a nursing placement agency? Good luck planning your trip.
