I. Need. Chocolate.
But I am not prepared to go anywhere, and I only have cocoa, not actual chocolate/cooking chocolate.
Someone help me?:hissy:
I have all the normal baking type things eggs, butter, brown/white sugar/baking powders/milk
Can you make custard chocolatey just with cocoa and bake it into a custard tart?
Help me out with a chocolate recipe just with cocoa?

5 minute chocolate mud cake (http://tndaisy1960.vox.com/library/post/5-minute-chocolate-mug-cake.html)
you do need a microwave to make this, but it tastes really good (although if you have some cream i'd eat that with the cake because it gets a bit too dry for my taste after a while).
Hope that helps

I think the custard idea would work though too :)

Thanks girls
Don't have a microwave mimi :(
I think I'm gonna just do what I normally do when I'm upset, go bake 4 or 5 (insert excessive amount of) different types of cookie/cake/desert/apple pie that I will never be able to actually eat but the making will make me feel better, and eat the dough/batter as I go.
Maybe apple pie and then chocolate custard will work. I have a surplus of apples as well as this cocoa surplus.
I wish I could actually make chocolate.
Oh what a nice dream.
