Ovulating?

Just a bit confused

When should you be ovulating and how would you know ???

Help would be appreciated :)

Hi Kayte,

There is heaps of info on the internet about this sort of stuff. The basic idea is that you ovulate somewhere about 14 days before your next AF. You can tell by your CM (cervical mucus) which should start looking like egg white, your CP (cervical position) which should become high and soft (be careful checking this as it can introduce an infection in there), using a OPK (ovulation prediction kit) from the suprmarket or chemist uses your urine, using a maybe baby - uses your saliva, or by watching your temperature....

Despite the number of different options, I think most of us find it very difficult to pinpoint exactly when we are ovulating.
