Well no I won't be alone due to a partner working away so not sure why I am in here :), I was scrolling through and your title just caught my eye.

DP will be working most of the weekend (but just up the road!) and we don't know anyone around here so DD and I will spend most of our time alone. I would of course prefer to have people to spend it all with but will get by with trips to the parks and beaches around the sunny coast I suppose. I hope you will not find yourself lonely, you must look forward to having your partner home. Put the kids to bed and treat yourself to a girly movie and a big egg? :hugs:

Yep home alone here too, hubby flew out yesterday afternoon!

My inlaws are coming home after 3 weeks in England tonight and I can't wait to see them tomorrow(and the kids are absolutely dying to see them!!!), so I guess I won't be completely alone this weekend.

Yeah I'm not terribly worried about being alone or lonely, obviously I miss DH but I'm pretty much used to it. I have been really looking forward to just spending the four days at home with the kids, and not doing much at all, I don't remember the last time I did nothing at home!! We had a nice day today, finished up with fish and chips at the beach which was awesome, loved it. I think the rest of the weekend will be much the same!!

Am about to put my daughter into bed (late!!) and then sit and watch lord of the rings with some chocolate and a cuppa!

Yes I too am alone this Easter. DH is working away the Easter Break. I am 38 weeks pregnant with our first and found today harder then any other. I don't know if it's cause it's easter or whether I am just finding the end off pregnancy a bit emotional. I have felt like crying all day.

Yes....we are the same......Hubby does 3/3 so he's home in another 10 days! :smiliedance: Easter was hard without him....the kids really miss him, also it was our youngest 2nd birthday and my DD 8th birthday last week and hubby also missed out on them........... :(
But when he comes home this time he has 9 weeks off since we have a little one due in may.......
