Hi

I purchased a bugaboo cameleon before bubs was born, and it's the best pram ive ever used. I love it. Only problem is that when we go away i have trouble fitting it, the porta- cot, his clothes, our clothes, steriliser, etc, etc in our car. We've just bought a new Mitsubishi Outlander and even this is hard to fit everything in. So i am on the look out for a compact stroller. It must, however, be extremely easy to push around, as i have a really bad back and leg, making it near impossible to wheel a bad stroller- IYKWIM
Any recommendations would be great!

The mc-claren strollers are a little pricy but always seem to get good feedback. They seem a little flimsy in comparison to other strollers but they last for years!

The steelcraft brand has some good strollers but they wont last as long as the mc-clarens (i suppose it depends on if you are planning for more children/usage etc)

The valco range also have some lightweight strollers but we used to get returns because their front wheels had a habit of falling off:thumbsdown:

I'd personally go with a Mc-claren as they are suitable for all ages (full recline), and depending on how much you are willing to spend, you can get added extras like boot cover and head snuggler:thumbsup:

Thank you - will check them out.

Yes we are planning on having another ( or two according to DH!!!!) So i do look for quality when buying all our baby products- except obviously the Bugaboo, as u can't get a toddler seat for it, and we're planning for number two quite soon!!!!!

Thanks for the quick reply

I have a Quinny Zapp and it's a fantastic stroller!
Lukey weighs almost 20kg and even when he's in it, the Quinny is a delight to push.
It folds up into it's own carrybag (looks like you're a pro tennis player!) and stores really easily.
I've even put it on the floor in between the front and back seats of my car.
The Quinny is fabulous :yelclap:

Edited to add...The Quinny Zapp doesn't fold back to a laying position.
Sorry, I didn't notice how old bubs was.

I take it you need one that lays back for your little bub. I have a Infa Aspen pram /stroller and it is the best ever. It is nearly identical to the Peg Perego P3 Pliko stroller but without the price tag. But does not fold up like those umbrella strollers. You can get pretty good Childcare and Steelcraft ones for around $100- $140.
Goodluck!
