Brooke, I wouldn't worry too much. Bella sounds like she's more tha made up for being farily small when she was born :)

My DD was born in March 2005 and is only 9.3kgs at 15 months :) She's a skinny mini.

Chubby bubbys are gorgeous IMO :D
